Aberdeen, Washington Man Injured at Sea

An Aberdeen man and experienced seaman was working as a deckhand aboard defendants’ tug when it foundered and sank off the Oregon Coast on December 30, 2002.  This seaman experienced hours of deadly terror, during which time a fellow crewmember drowned, before being rescued.  As a result he suffers from a severe and chronic form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, because of ship owner negligence this seaman suffers from profound effects of his psychological and physical injuries.  He is totally disabled from gainful employment.
