A Medford, Oregon, man was injured twice while serving as a crewmember aboard a 154 foot long line catcher processor.  On March 5, 2006, his left hand was injured while he was working at the roller, gaffing fish.  He continued to work and on March 17, 2006, he injured his back when he fell in the bait locker. The back injury disabled him from ever returning to fishing.

CASE RESOUTION:  Settled for $150,000.00
