$250 Amazon gift card Giveaway

1. ‘Like’ our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BoatLaw/ and/or ‘follow’ us on Twitter https://twitter.com/maritimeboatlaw?lang=en between July 19, 2021 and November 30, 2021 for a chance to win. Entries received after midnight November 30, 2021 will not be counted.
2. Participant’s name will be added to a list and designated a number, a winner will be drawn at random using a number generator.
3. Winner to be drawn and announced on December 1, 2021. Winner does not need to be present at the time of the draw. Winner will be notified via platform of entry (Facebook or Twitter). Winner has until midnight on December 15, 2021 (two weeks) to claim their gift card. If no reply is received by this date a new winner will be drawn and notified using the procedure outlined above.
4. Winner will be required to provide their full name and mailing address in order to receive their prize.
5. The prize for this giveaway is one Amazon.com gift card in the amount of $250.
6. Gift card will be mailed to recipient with a postmark dated on or before December 22, 2021. Signature will be required on delivery. A replacement will not be issued after signature.
7. Gift card is not exchangeable for cash nor services.
8. No purchase necessary to enter giveaway.
9. Odds will depend on the number of entries received.
10. There is no limit to the amount of entries one person may place. Only one ‘Like’ or ‘Follow’ will be counted per account.

1. Post a picture of your BOATLAW magnet on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BoatLaw/ between July 19, 2021 and November 30, 2021 for a chance to win. Entries received after midnight November 30, 2021 will not be counted.
2. Vulgar or explicit entries may be deleted at the discretion of BOATLAW, LLP. A deleted entry is void.
